CauseThis is a licensing related message. The Acceleration license was not found during the setup. This has nothing to do with optimization.
Check if the customer has an Acceleration license on EBS.
Acceleration is supported in X800 licenses.
If the customer has an X700 license you can recommend they contact their sales contact about upgrading to the X800 license if they want acceleration.
Acceleration is only possible in multi Exinda environment as the acceleration is between the Exindas.
