SDP account for every client is associated with one single email address that serves as and ADMIN and he can then make other users or create user group associated with all or group of appliances and provide the privileges to read or write on appliances.
In order to provide Read/Write privileges admin can navigate via following and make sure this is something that can be done via admin email only;
Go to Setup > User and group settings > View User Groups > Set Privileges > Here you will see list of devices with host names and assigned privileges and can change it to either R (read) or W (Write)
If somebody wants to change the admin account then they have to send an email requesting a change of admin account, The request will then be processed and all the appliances will be transferred from old email to new email that will serve as ADMIN in future, Please keep in mind that synchronization takes 24-48 hours (During that time you might not see any appliances in new ADMIN email). Once the transfer is done and all appliances comes up in new admin email, all the user or user groups are need to be created again from scratch.
Once client process their request, reach out to orders/sales and they will transfer all the appliances from old admin email to new admin email. It sometime takes more then 48 hours to synchronize as well.
