When your device is not booting, please follow the initial troubleshooting steps below.
Check if the power cable is connected and the power supply is ON, to make sure that the device is getting power.
Check if any of the LED status indicators are indicating any errors.
Connect to the device via console to check if there are any errors on the console.
Completely switch off the device, disconnect the power supply, and remove the power cables for a few minutes. Now reconnect the power cable, switch on the power supply and try to switch on the device.
If the device is still not booting, then contact Exinda support for further troubleshooting.
