Overview
Sometimes user reported they only got 50% (or other amount) through out of their virtual circuit.Cause
User enabled dynamic virtual circuits and they have at least 2 schedules.Workaround
Go to Optimizer ===> Virtual Circuit ===> Bandwidth Options to check which option is checked on under Oversubscription and if the dynamic virtual circuit was enabled.Usually, at the customer side, the oversubscription was set to Automatic which means when this virtual circuit is oversubscribed, it sets the guaranteed portion of the virtual circuit proportionally.
Resolution
Due to the applicance will calculate all the featured dynamic virtual circuits, no matter the dynamic virtual circuit is in which schedule.Go to Optimizer ===> Virtual Circuit ===> Bandwidth Options to check on Manual under Oversubscription.
