SummaryClearing Edge Cache to remove cached corrupted web content
OverviewWhen a web page is cached and it was corrupted, subsequent requests are fetched from the Exinda then the request will be served with a corrupted object.
CauseWhen an object is cached on the Exinda and a request matches what is in the cache (HTTP HIT), then the request is fulfilled using the object in the cache. Sometimes content is corrupted, so when the page is cached it still has the corruption on it.
ResolutionIf you suspect the cache has been corrupted, try the following:
1. Clear Edge Cache
Go to Configuration-->System-->Optimization-->Edge Cache tab, and click on Clear
2. If problem persists, format the Edge Cache partition
Go to Configuration-->System-->Setup-->Storage tab, and click on format on the Edge Cache partition.
