OverviewThis covers the process of the SDP user and the SFDC End User are not matched.

CauseCustomer requests to create a NEW userID and password to login on the portal for SDP.
There's any staff change in Customer side and then need to re-issue SDP login.
Resolution1. Ask customer to provide below info to proceed the SDP user/pass:
Full name of the user:
Valid E-mail address:
2. Add/Edit such info in Salesforce accordingly.
3. Due to SFDC end user is NOT the same person with the applied SDP user, there will be an SFDC End User Exchange.
Ask customer to contact their dedicated sales manager to release an EUC (Ender User Certificate), and then send to orders team to proceed the ender user exchange in EBS.
While orders team changing the end user in EBS, they will generate the SDP confidential and send to customer.
