OverviewFlash-based graphs may sometimes experience issues and keep displaying the loading animation when viewed in Internet Explorer. It is easiest to tell if you are having this problem by checking if the graphs on your Dashboard are functioning properly.
ResolutionThe first step for a resolution would be to check if the graphs load in a different browser. Try Chrome or Firefox and see if it's working with them. If it is working in other browsers, please try clearing Internet Explorer's cache. If this does not work, make sure that your Flash Player for Internet Explorer is up-to-date.
