OverviewUnder Warnings on your Exinda you see Packet Drops on the NIC
Users are complaining about performance issues - slowness
Cause1. Bad Cable
2. Bad NIC on either side of the conversation
3. Wrong Queuing mode set on the optimizer
Resolution1. Check if you see any CRC errors. If so, make sure the speed and duplex settings are configured correctly on the Exinda.
2. Make sure you are using a healthy and correct cable. Straight through between Exinda and Switch, cross over between Exinda and router/PC/Firewall
If none of the above apply, then please contact Exinda support for verification of the NIC and for checking queuing mode configured on your optimizer.
