OverviewWhen a new Exinda appliance is purchased or a support contract has been renewed, a PDF containing the new information is emailed to the end user of the Exinda appliance. This certificate contains information about the support contract expiry dates as well as the licensing key for the Exinda appliance in question. This allows for a manual back up and recovery if something happens to the device, such as a remanufacture or if the configuration gets recorrupted and needs to be recreated, so it is advised to be kept and backed up regularly.
If this certificate is lost in email, please contact Exinda TAC or your account representative and one can be emailed out again.
