Summaryvoice and video traffic DSCP marked by Exinda not showing video and voice sounds like underwater
OverviewThe Exinda can be used to mark packets using DSCP/TOS for QoS implemented on WAN routers. This is most of the time used for voice and video calls.
If you are marking the video and voice traffic and you experience the following:
1. Voice sounds like other caller is underwater.
2. Video stream is not seem.
On disabling the optimizer or not markings the traffic there is slight improvement, you might be able to see the video, but poor quality.
The devices that are using the markings might not be correctly configured. Check your ISP routers to see if there is any bandwidth allocated for the DSCP marking that you are using.
