The following error occurs when viewing the Licensed Users in the Configuration:
'An error has occurred while connecting to Active Directory. Please check your network connection and your Active Directory server, then try to manually connect again'

Ensure that the GFI Faxmaker services are running as your Domain\Administrator account, not the .\administrator account or any other local computer account.
The .\administrator account and any other local computer accounts do not have the required permissions to query Active Directory.
