PROBLEM
GFI FaxMaker is unable to receive inbound fax calls. The CAPI trace indicates a 0x3401 error as the reason for the disconnect call event (initiated by the SIP provider).

SOLUTION

Open the XCAPI Configuration

Open the SIP Tweaks node > Standard

Enter the following values:

T30_CNG_AUDIO with value 1

NCS_SET_MODE_DELAY with value 900

Save configuration changes by clicking File > Save

Restart the GFI FaxMaker FaxServer service
CAUSE
The XCAPI configuration was not optimized with the custom SIP provider.
