Overview
When GFI FaxMaker client has installed an operating system where no default mail client is present, and the option for a Global Outlook Address book is selected during the installation, the user may encounter the following error message if the user tries to select a recipient from the Global Outlook Addressbook accessing from the "TO" button.
There is no email program associated to perform the requested action...
Environment
GFI FaxMaker Client
Root Cause
MAPI profile was not present.
Resolution
The issue is fixed by installing a default mail client Microsoft Outlook and by creating a MAPI profile.
Confirmation
The operating system is installed successfully using the GFI FaxMaker client.
