Overview
This article provides the process of setting up Microsoft Office 365 with GFI FaxMaker to receive faxes in a distribution list.
Process
GFI FaxMaker can route faxes to a distribution list. In order to achieve this using Microsoft Office 365 as a mail server, follow the below three steps:

Active Directory - Create the distribution list and add the respective members.

GFI FaxMaker - Add the distribution group as licensed users.

Office 365
- Create a new mailbox like user@company.microsoft.com
- Link the members of the distribution group to the mailbox created.
