PROBLEM
Inbound faxes from certain fax machines are not routed to the intended recipient (configured under CSID routing rule)

SOLUTION
Verify that the remote ID is entered correctly under CSID routing rule. The entry must be exactly the same as it is displayed on the fax. Thus, if the remote ID is '+356 382419', enter the number as it is. If a user just enter '382419' or '356382419', it will not match successfully with the remote ID.
CAUSE
A mismatch of the CSID with the remote ID can fail to trigger the CSID routing rule.
