How to Identify

The MTA service will crash or after a server reboot the service will not start.

Workaround / Fix Details

Replacing file pfi.dll to directory '%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\Common Files\GFI\common.

Required Actions

It seems that the installation is missing to install a file: pfi.dll from the directory '%PROGRAMFILES(x86)%\Common Files\GFI\common. Confirm if file is missing and contact L3 Engineer for the file
