Environment

Technical Support of GFI Software will assist the customer to resolve a problem that is related to GFI FaxMaker software.
Where the customer has purchased a Dialogic Brooktrout SR140 license key together with GFI FaxMaker software, GFI Software Technical Support will assist to validate and correct basic configuration settings of Dialogic Brooktrout SR140.
If the reported problem cannot be resolved and further troubleshooting is required specifically for Dialogic Brooktrout SR140, Technical Support of GFI Software will prepare the case for escalation and handle the escalation directly with Dialogic support.
A valid Dialogic Brooktrout SR140 license key that is purchased together with GFI FaxMaker software will include a one year Value per Unit Plan.
- This service plan will cover the support for the Dialogic Brooktrout SR140 for one year.
- The support coverage can be renewed at the request of the customer for a further one or three years. Please contact customer support for further details.

The customer may wish to open a support ticket directly with Dialogic support.
In such cases, the communication will be directly between the customer and Dialogic without the involvement of GFI Software.
Please note that contacting Dialogic support either through GFI Software or directly will require a valid support contract with Dialogic.
