At the point of archival GFI Archiver will detect a fax or SMS based on the presence and value of the the custom email header:X-GFI-FaxMaker: FAX
X-GFI-FaxMaker: SMS
X-GFI-FaxMaker: SMS
If this header is not present GFI Archiver cannot recognize the email to be a fax or a SMS.
For this header to be included in an email by GFI FaxMaker and GFI Archiver being able to interpret it the following versions of the products must be installed:
- GFI MailArchiver 2013 R2 or newer
- GFI FaxMaker 2013 SR3 or newer
