In order to see the reporting tab and generate reports via the GFI FaxMaker Web UI, the user logged in must be a fax administrator within the GFI FaxMaker configuration.Follow these steps to add a user to the fax administrator list:
1. Open the GFI FaxMaker Configuration
2. Expand Advanced
3. Select Fax administrators
4. Click the New button to add a new fax administrator
