XCAPI does not show more than 30 lines in monitor.

Problem Summary

No more than 30 lines will show in the FaxMaker monitor, although more than 30 may be configured in the FaxMaker Configuration.

How to Identify

Although it is possible to add and to configure all available XCAPI channels under Lines / Devices in GFI FaxMaker configuration panel,). GFI FaxMaker FaxServer service appears to initialize and to operate ONLY 30 channels maximum.

Workaround / Fix Details

Verify the customer is on the Current build, if they are not upgrade them. NOTE: This issue has been fixed in the Next Release of FaxMaker (2014)

Escalate the case to PSG who will apply the troubleshooting patch on case by case basis
