How to IdentifyAgent diagnostic window opens and displays "pending" in the diagnosis progress area and "Preparing agent diagnosis..." in the Diagnosis Activity and no steps are taken.
Workaround / Fix DetailsDevelopment has issued a patch for the issue:
Required Actions1. Confirm the problem is the same as in the "How to identify" section.
2. Contact your PSG representative for the patch.
3. Have the customer apply the patch and verify it fixes the issue.
4. Close the case.
