Overview
When attempting to add a new rule under a Custom target, the domain list is empty as seen in the image below:
Root Cause
The file enumeratedomains.xml may have become corrupt.
Resolution
Microsoft Windows XP/2003 Environments:
- Navigate in Windows Explorer to C:\Documents and Settings\All users\GFI\LanGuard 10\Cache
- Delete the enumeratedomains.xml file.
- Restart the GFI LanGuard Attendant service.
Microsoft Windows Vista/2008 and newer:
- Navigate in Windows Explorer to C:\ProgramData\GFI\LANguard 10\Cache
- Delete the enumeratedomains.xml file.
- Restart the GFI LanGuard Attendant service.
