Overview
This article guides you on how to enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP on a targeted machine.
Process
- Right-click on the network card and go to Properties.
- Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
- From the General tab, click the Advanced button.
- Go to the WINS tab.
- Select the option Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP.
