When exporting emails from Microsoft Exchange into GFI Archiver via the Import Export Tool (IET) and using the option Mailbox and Folder Selection > All mailboxes and folders, mailboxes of disabled user accounts are skipped.
To import emails from disabled users, use the option: Mailbox and Folder Selection > Select the mailboxes and folders from where to extract emails.
