This article describes the issue and its resolution which occurs when the export to PST file fails.
If you have installed Microsoft Outlook 2007 on the GFI Archiver server to allow processing of PST files and you are trying to export a large mailbox from GFI Archiver into a PST file using the MailboxRestore tool, the export fails once the PST reaches Microsoft Outlook 2007's default PST size limit of 20GB and the debug log ..\GFI\Archiver\MailboxRestore\MBRestore.log reads:

Microsoft Outlook limits the maximum PST file size. The different Microsoft Outlook versions have different default limitations for PST file sizes.
Install a newer version of Microsoft Outlook which allows to handle larger PST files or follow the instructions to increase the max. PST file size in Microsoft Outlook for the currently installed version.
