Answer
- Stop all GFI Archiver services
- Rename the ..\Core\Queue or ..\MAIS\Queue directory to QueueOLD
- Create a new Queue directory
- Start all GFI Archiver services
- Go to the QueueOLD directory
- Sort by file type and delete all files EXCEPT .EML
- Open a command prompt
- Navigate to the QueueOLD directory
- Type the following command
- Move .RAW files from the QueueOLD directory to the ..\Core\Pickup or ...\MAIS\Pickup directory in batches of 500
Note: If doing this against ..\MAIS\Queue, please use
*.Q instead of
*.RAW.
