Some emails are missing in GFI Archiver. The emails in question can be found in the Junk-Email folder of the Journal Mailbox.

Microsoft Outlook / Exchange classifies the emails in question as spam and moves them into the Junk Email folder. GFI Archiver only archives emails that are stored in the inbox of the Journal Mailbox.
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Log into the Journal mailbox via Outlook Web Access (OWA).
- Disable the Junk Email Settings for the mailbox.
- Move the emails from the Junk-Email folder to the inbox.
