Some emails are missing in GFI Archiver. The emails in question can be found in the Junk-Email folder of the Journal mailbox.
- GFI Archiver
- Microsoft Exchange
- Log into the Journal mailbox via Outlook Web Access (OWA)
- Disable the Junk E-Mail Settings for the mailbox
- Move the emails from the Junk-E-Mail folder to the inbox
Microsoft Outlook / Exchange is classifying the emails in question as spam and moving them into the Junk-E-Mail folder. GFI Archiver only archives emails that are stored in the inbox of the Journal mailbox.
