GFI MailEssentials is configured to move mails blocked as SPAM to a subfolder of the users’ mailbox. Users who are connecting to Microsoft Exchange via POP3 are not able to view the mails blocked as SPAM.
In such instances, users will need to connect to Microsoft Exchange using IMAP rather then POP3. This will enable the users to view not only the mails in their Inbox, but to view also mails in the Inbox subfolders, thus allowing the users to view the mails which are blocked as SPAM.
An incompatible issues with POP3 and Junk function causes the user to not be able to view the messages.
