How to Identify

When trying to access the MailEssentials 2012 UI, the user will only see the Quarantine node on the left, and the pane on the right will display the error 'Error: Access Denied wrong or no credentials were provided' and the user will be unable to get into the user interface. Adjusting permissions for the site within IIS or adjusting the Access Control does not make a difference. There will also be errors in the ConfiguratioUI.log file in the WwwConf/DebugLogs folder. It may change depending on whether they are using local (Cassini) mode or IIS mode.
