Answer
- Make a copy of the following file:
- ...GFI\MailEssentials\data\ListName.mdb
- ...GFI\MailEssentials\Antispam\ListName.mdb (MailEssentials 2012 and later)
- Open the file with Microsoft Access
- Add the new addresses to the copy of the database
- Stop the GFI MailEssentials Services (Disable the MailEssentials Scan Service to prevent it from starting automatically)
- Rename the old ListName.mdb to ListName.old.mdb
- Place the new file in it's place
- Restart the GFI MailEssentials services
