Open the GFI MailEssentials switchboard

Click the Quarantine tab

Select the option to Merge Quarantine

Click Apply
Note: Services will be restarted when you click Apply which will interrupt the mail flow for a short time. If the merge quarantine option is not listed, then the merge has already been completed.
