The full EML or MSG file will need to be sent zipped as an attachment.
If possible the ase_spamrazer log showing the false positive should also be zipped and included. Only the portion related to the actual email needs to be sent,
We have no ETA or tracking on when this will be resolved.
"I've sent the samples on to the false positive team. They will review the samples and make any changes necessary to resolve the issue, however they may find upon review that it was not flagged in error. Unfortunately we do not get feedback on any changes made due to the volume of samples this team must go through nor can I offer an ETA on when the change if any may take effect. In the meantime I'd suggest using the whitelist to allow these messages."
