You deleted the old reporting database in Microsoft SQL and you want to use a new database on a new Microsoft SQL server. When opening Reporting
> Configure Database
the message 'The page cannot be loaded' is shown in the UI.

Re-create an empty database on the old database server with the same name and location as the original which was deleted
Open the GFI MailEssentials configuration and go to Reporting > Settings > Configure Database
Set the location of the new database
Hit "Apply" to save your settings and then delete the database you re-created as this is no longer in use by GFI Mail Essentials
If the reporting database on the Microsoft SQL server is deleted, the corresponding page where the connection is configured in the UI will not load.
