This article describes what happens when the license count is exceeded in GFI MailEssentials.
When the license count is exceeded:
- An email is sent to the administrator informing them that the license count has been exceeded.
- When opening the GFI MailEssentials configuration, a popup message is displayed explaining that the license has been exceeded.
- GFI MailEssentials continues working for a grace period of 30 days before it stops scanning and emails start passing through unfiltered.
