The ase_whitelist.gfi_log.txt log file shows an email with an empty Sender that is Whitelisted and the following message:
AreEmailsWhitelisted = [TRUE]" [MIMEFromWhitelist] Found match in db ..."

This issue is fixed in MailEssentials version 20. Please upgrade to this version or later.
If you cannot upgrade at this time, please follow these steps (contact GFI Customer Support for assistance):

- Use a tool such as DatabaseNet4 to remove the entry from the
