If you are trying to access the Exinda webUI and getting the following error:
This site cannot be reached: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
CauseMost likely, the device was configured using an imported configuration from another device. This issue is caused by a self signed certificate from the device which the config was copied from. A self signed certificate is one of the parts of an Exinda configuration that is unique and should not be copied to another Exinda.
ResolutionYou will need to regenerate a self signed certificate from this Exinda.
Log into the device via SSH and issue the following command in config mode:
exinda-3ac834 (config) # crypto syscertificate system-self-signed regenerate
Reload the Exinda, and you will then be able to access the webUI.
