Overview
Users receive the following error message when trying to open the FaxMaker Configuration:
Failed to open key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GFI FAX & VIOCE\FAXmaker\Config
Also, the program will tell users their FaxMaker evaluation has expired when trying to open FaxMaker Monitor.
Environment

Root Cause
User does not have local admin rights.
Resolution
The logged on user needs to have admin rights on the local machine. Provide admin rights to the logged on user and the issue is resolved.
