CPU usage on agent machines spikes to 100% because of the esecagntservice.exe application.
- All Supported Environments
The msgstorage.dat file gets corrupted.
- Uninstall the agent from the machine where the high memory usage occurs.
- On the agent machine, browse to: ..\Program Files\GFI\EndPointSecurity 4 Agent
- Delete the file msgstorage.dat file.
- Re-deploy the agent on this machine through the EndpointSecurity console.
