Customer owned SDP appliances/VM's do not see the SN's of the appliances they own in SDP. SDP only shows host ID's. SN's are Exinda owned, hence do not get migrated from our EBS system to the SDP appliance.ÊWe have to run a script in our EBS backend to transfer the SN, such that the end user's SDP is able to see it.
