Overview
FaxMaker has the option to allow a user to receive all faxes, including messages the system is unable to route. To do this you must have a listed email account in the Active Directory.
This article outlines the steps on how to configure routing in FaxMaker.
Process
- Open GFI FaxMaker Configuration.
- Click on Routing and then click Properties.
- Select the tab Receive All Faxes.
- Click Add.
- Enter the username of the user who will receive all faxes and click OK.
- Click OK.
Confirmation
All new faxes that arrive after applying the settings will be automatically routed to the specified user.
