IP addresses may be blocked if authentication fails. This may happen when the wrong credentials are entered or if repeated connection attempts are made. To learn how to unblock IP addresses, follow the process below.
Kerio Control's administration console.
- Locate an Authentication message in Security Log.
- Go to the Domain and User Login.
- If there is a blocked IP, click Unblock it.
Note: In the event of multiple blocked IPs, clicking Unblock it will unlock everything. Nevertheless, take note that blocking ends after 5 minutes.
There is no blocked IP address in Domain and User Login, and you are able to log into VPN Client.
