This article will describe the process of adding video codecs for any interface in Kerio Operator, which can be helpful when experiencing video issues.
Warning: Interfaces must have the same codecs as all extensions participating in a video call.
- In the Administration interface, navigate to Configuration > Call Routing > Interfaces and routing of incoming calls.
- Select an interface and click on Edit. The Edit External Interface dialog box opens.
- Go to the Codecs tab.
- Select a codec and click on Add to insert the codec in the Selected codecs list.
- Click on OK to save your settings.
Once the settings are saved, the video codec will be added to the interface.
