Overview
If the short description of the user is filled via the Kerio Connect Administration interface, it populates to the Webmail contact card information. This field can store user Personal information such as Job position, small personal note, etc
Prerequisites
Access to Kerio Connect Administration and Webmail
Solution
Once the short description is entered in the Administration -> Accounts -> Users, the data is being transferred to Kerio Connect Webmail.
The corresponding Webmail field is Notes. It is a default built-in behavior of Kerio Connect.
It's not recommended to use this field as a Password hint as this information can lead to a compromised account.
