This article provides information on how to change the quarantine folder's location.

Mail Essentials 20.x / 21.x
Resolution
- Launch the Switchboard (this can be done by executing the following file: ..\GFI\MailEssentials\mecswitchboard.exe)
- Click the Quarantine tab.
- Change the directory of the Quarantine folder.
