Overview
This article provides information as to why GFI FaxMaker sends an image in the Outlook signature on a second page in a fax.
Information
- An image in an email is always an attachment, even when it is associated with an Outlook signature.
- FaxMaker handles all attachments the same way, depending on its configuration.
- If it is configured to handle the format of the attached image, it converts it and places it on a separate page.
- This behavior is expected.
Note:
Having multiple signatures setup in Outlook can eliminate this. A signature with the required images for email and a plain text signature for faxing.
