Overview

Processing rules cannot be moved from one folder to another using the drag and drop function. When you click on a rule and drag it to another folder, the cursor changes as to how it would during a drag and drop procedure, but when you check the destination and source folders, you will see that the rule has not been moved.

EventsManager 2012 SR1 build 20120214

Root Cause

This is a product defect which has been resolved in EventsManager 2013.

Resolution

Please upgrade to EventsManager 2013 to resolve this issue. If an upgrade is currently not feasible, you need to create the rule in the destination folder manually.
