iPad Pro Integration Page Showing 'Integration for Mac'

Overview

When using the latest iPad Pro devices, the Integration with Mac link is shown instead of the standard Integration with device link

Root Cause

Apple's hybrid iPadOS uses features both from macOS and iOS for better user experience. The web browser uses the full versions of websites (instead of the mobile versions). This generates the macOS User-Agent.

Workaround

To resolve this issue, request a mobile website version by following the steps below:

  1. Open Webmail in the Safari browser.
  2. Tap on the AA icon on the left side of the search field.
  3. In the pop-up menu, tap Request Mobile Website.

The site shows up in its mobile format, and the Integration with device link is displayed.
