Overview
Users receive the following error message when exporting emails from a PST file and selecting the owner:
Error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Null Email
Environment

Root Cause
The export tool requires an email address to be specified in the owner's Active Directory user object.
Resolution
Add an email address to the Active Directory user that will be the owner.
