Overview

When shutting down the operating system, the lnssatt.exe crashes and shows the following error message.

lnssatt.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x7855734d" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program

Root Cause

This is a product defect which has been resolved in LanGuard 2011 SR1.

 

Resolution

Please upgrade to LanGuard 2011 SR1 or higher to resolve this issue.
